Fred was born April 18, 1937, to Frank and Helen Pieler Powell and died November 21, 2012.
He was preceded by siblings, Bessie Schallner and Paul Powell.
Surviving are wife Brenda; children, Amanda Stout, Pamela Powell, Fred Powell, Jerry Powell; grandchildren, Morgan, Logan, William, McKenna and Reece; great-grandchild, Blair; brother, John; and sister, Juanita Ashworth.
