ENID — The funeral for Maxine Krenek, 88, of Caldwell, Kan., will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at First United Methodist Church, Caldwell. Arrange-ments are by Schaeffer Mortuary, Caldwell. Visita-tion will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
She was born July 18, 1921, and died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010.
She was a music teacher.
Surviving are one son, Gary Krenek of Wichita, Kan.; one daughter, Judy Roth of Goddard, Kan.; one brother, Don Melka of Enid; one sister, Margaret Lester of Grove; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, Caldwell, or Sumner County District 1 Hospital.
