ENID, Okla. —
Funeral service for Heath Crites, 24-year-old former Waukomis resident, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Waukomis Cemetery. Arrangements by Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
He is survived by his parents, Starla and Raymond D. Smith of Goltry, and Randy Crites and Jackie Duncan; two daughters, Alexis and Gabby; sisters, Tasha, Laura, Amanda and Betsy; brothers, Ray, Josh and Brock; maternal grandparents, Ben and Carolyn Green, paternal grandparents, Robert and Barbara Crites; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
