Keith Lane Foltz was born on Sept. 16, 1949, in Enid, OK. He died suddenly at home in Yukon on Dec. 5 at the age of 63.
Keith graduated from Hillsdale H.S. in 1967. He married Lou Ann Arterburn on Feb. 28, 1975. After 30 years, Keith retired as a dept. supervisor with the city of Enid. He was employed with the city of Bethany as a utilities superintendent.
Keith enjoyed fishing, range-shooting, and motorcycles. His longtime love of motorcycles began with Cushman and evolved to Harley Davidson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Betty Foltz; his grandson, Zachary; and his loving mother-in-law, Alice Arterburn. He is survived by Lou Ann, his wife of 37 years; Carol and David Goe, his sister and brother-in-law; Shari Goe, his niece; and Lester Arterburn, his friend and father-in-law.
