FAIRVIEW —
Private family burial at Fairview Cemetery will be held for Thomas Hoffman, 73, of Fairview.
He was born August 1, 1939, at Selman, OK, and died Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Bass Hospital in Enid.
He worked as a lab and X-ray technician, as well as a musician, playing in several bands.
He is survived by his companion, Opal Edingfield of Fairview; two daughters, Theresa Denton of Oakwood and Tarana Hoffman of Okeene; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
