Frankie Jo Ivins of Watonga, Okla., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at the age of 69.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at First Baptist Church, Watonga, with Burial in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Watonga. Arrangements by Wilkinson Mortuary, Watonga.
