WICHITA, KS —
Delmar Campbell, 78, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012. He was born Dec. 5, 1934, in Enid, Okla., to Roscoe and Helma Campbell.
He married Shirley (Eck) May 23, 1954.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife and children, Vicki (Terry) Payne, Jolanda (Bill) James, Lori McCully, Michael (Linda) Campbell and Brian (Christina) Campbell; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; brother, Darrell Campbell; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and adopted families.
He was employed by Morgan & Bulliegh, Cessna and owner of D&S Enterprises.
His hobbies were genealogy, computers and collecting model tractors. His greatest pride was his family.
Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at Grace United Methodist Church, 944 S. Topeka. Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Broadway Mortuary, Wichita, Kan.
