Suddenlink plant manager Tommy Ritchie recently celebrated 30 years of service in the cable industry.
He began his career in December 1982 as an installer. He worked as a head end technician and chief technician before being named Enid plant manager 15 years ago.
Ritchie said three factors have kept him engaged for 30 years: enjoying the work, liking his co-workers and feeling appreciated.
“I feel I am at the highlight of my career now,” he said. “Every day brings new challenges to be met.”
