ENID, Okla. —
Jarretta Huckins, of the Enid office of BKD CPAs and Advisors, recently attended the firm’s annual meeting in St. Louis, Mo., along with about 700 partners, managers and supervisors from across the region.
Topics of discussion during the week included tax planning to take advantage of the current low rates; gifting strategies to use the increased exemption available for 2012; and industry-specific discussions for construction and real estate, financial services, health care/not-for-profit, government, manufacturing and distribution, and wealth planning.
