AdvancePierre Foods has selected Concentra to operate two worksite medical centers in Enid and Claremont, N.C.
The goal of the new medical centers is to improve access to occupational health services, while promoting preventive-and-well patient programs existing in other AdvancePierre benefit programs.
Concentra already operates a worksite center for employees at its center in Portland, Maine. The centers will offer occupational medicine services, as well as employment screening services. AdvancePierre selected Concentra as its provider because of its innovative health services offering, its proven ability to bring quality medical services to the workplace, its cost-effective solutions and wide reach to care for the health needs of more than 3,000 employees, the company said in a press release.
Each worksite medical facility is open during regular business hours. AdvancePierre employees also can access any of Concentra’s 320 community based medical centers across the country for additional health care services, helping to strengthen the continuity of care.
