Rosetta was born Sept. 10, 1932, in Hennessey, Okla., the daughter of Edward and Rose Patocka.
She attended Hennessey High School.
She married Hugh Felber in 1952.
She worked for Waller Junior High School, Enid High School and Jensen’s Music Store.
She is a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
Her children are Neil and Denise Felber, Tulsa; Dr. Rod Felber, Elk Grove, Calif.; Nelda and Cole Ream, Enid; and Laura and Joe Hackney, Centennial, Colo. She has eight grandchildren and two great-great-great-grandchildren.
