Dorothy Lee (Crusinbery) Ashton will celebrate her 80th birthday with a reception for family and friends 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012. Cards may be sent to 40950 Aline Blacktop Road, Aline, OK 73716.

Dorothy was born in Rural Woods County, the daughter of William “Bill” and Cora (Corbin) Crusinbery.

She attended Waynoka School.

She married the late Paul Ashton and helped him farm and ranch.

She is a member of the Baptist Church.

Her children are Karen Tucker and husband Mark Burlington; Dennis Ashton and wife Karen, Salt Lake City, Utah; Terry Ashton and wife Denise, Waynoka; and Linda Earl and husband Mike, Tulsa. She has seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
