ENID, Okla. —
Mr. and Mrs. Everett Tingley, rural Nardin, celebrated their 70th anniversary on Christmas Eve. Cards may be sent to 110275 State Hwy. 11, Nardin, OK 74646.
Everett C. Tingley and Iva P. Rosebaugh were married Dec. 24, 1942, in Wichita Falls, Texas, while he served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.
Both attended Enid Business College.
He worked 32 years as billing supervisor for George E. Failing Co. in Enid, retiring in 1986.
She is a homemaker, and also assisted with the Rosebaugh Dairy until 1978.
Their children are Charles E. Tingley and wife Gerry, Ponca City; Barbara Roberts and husband Ronnie, Hennessey; and Jean Whittington and husband Wayne, rural Blackwell. They have seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
