ENID, Okla. —
Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Oscar Brauser celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Sept. 27.
Stanley Oscar Brauser and Thelma Jean Kesner were married Sept. 27, 1952, in Enid.
Stanley served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, and retired from the military as a major. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Oklahoma State University, and received a doctorate from Kansas State University. He was a mechanical engineering professor at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
Thelma received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education at Oklahoma State University. She taught kindergarten and third grade at Union City Public Schools.
Their children are Neil Stanley Brauser, Janet (Brauser) Richardson and Anita Jean (Brauser) Feemster, all of Yukon. They have three grandchildren.
