Mr. and Mrs. Jim Cokeley will celebrate their 60th anniversary with a reception for family and friends 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at Springhill Suites Marriott, 5815 KL Drive, Enid. Cards may be sent to 918 Wildoak Dr., Enid, OK 73701.
Jim Cokeley and Jean Walton were married Nov. 29, 1952, in Blackwell.
He worked for Hudson Engineer, Adams and Brentlinger, Vance AFB and Farmland. He is a member of Pioneer Lions Club and the Men’s Garden Club.
She worked for Standard Brand, Marquise Studio, Failings and U.A.A. She is a member of the Sassy Diva Red Hatters.
They are members of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Their children are Teresa Bese and husband Terry, Plano, Texas, Tony Cokeley and wife Rhonda, Terrell Cokeley and wife Jana and Tammy Grantz and husband Fred, all of Enid. They have seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
