Joe Lee Bierig and Beverly June Mackie were married Nov. 17, 1962, at Ames Christian Church in Ames, Okla.
They have lived in the Okeene area all their married life, farming and running cattle.
She has been a professional cake decorator for more than 30 years. Her cakes have been published in Wedding Ideas and Smitten magazines. Her creations also will be featured in the Brides of Oklahoma magazine.
They are active members of Faith Center Fellowship in Meno.
They have two daughters, Tammie and husband Scott of Ringwood and Connie and husband John of Ames. They have eight grandchildren.
