Anniversary form

Please read before completing form: Anniversary announcements can be published for free with an original wedding photo and a current photo when it is the couple’s 40th or more. An anniversary announcement for the couple’s 39th or less cost $25 and includes only a current photo. The fee must be paid before the announcement will run. Anniversary announcements are printed in Monday’s editions. All forms must be submitted at least one week before the event. Two or three weeks in advance is preferred.
