ENID, Okla. —
Waynoka FFA members teamed up with Waynoka FCCLA members and collected 515 food items for the local food pantry.
Members were divided into teams and given clues for a scavenger hunt to collect food items. The team that collected the most food items in the fastest time included Kaylee Tyson, Maria Wilcox, Ashley Wells, Stephanie Nutter and team captain, FFA President Hannah Darr. The team driver was Tyson Tackett, and FCCLA sponsor Daresa Poe rode along with the winning team.
After the hunt, members enjoyed hot cocoa and cookies.
The members then boxed the food and delivered it to the local food bank.
