ENID, Okla. —
Burlington’s Bayli Hyde was the winner of the State 4-H Round-Up Water Conservation speech contest sponsored by Oklahoma Water Resources Board.
She was presented a plaque, $100 and was asked to speak at the Governor’s Water Conference Nov. 14 at Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills.
She spoke at the conference to more than 250 water specialists and state officials about ways to conserve water, pray for rain, and Oklahoma Water Resources Board’s Comprehensive Water Plan.
